WLR Apartments jest marką wewnętrzną firmy WLR Training Group, WLR Apartments is an internal brand of WLR Training Group, whose main activity is the organization of training courses throughout Poland. Due to the high demand of our students for accommodation in Warsaw and the poorly developed accommodation base at that time, we decided to provide our students with accommodation in Warsaw as part of the organized events.

Initially, we were renting apartments for days only for participants of our trainings and speakers. Currently, everyone can use the accommodation in our facilities. We are present on the websites of the largest intermediaries (Booking.com, AirBnB, etc.), providing our services to clients from all over the world.

If you want to book accommodation in our facility, we encourage you to contact us in advance. Thanks to this, you will be able to arrive earlier or stay longer in the room on the day of departure for free. Through prior contact, the entire booking is extremely flexible and tailored to your needs. If you are not sure whether you will stay in Warsaw for 2 or 4 days, we will block your apartment for 4 days and you will decide on the day of departure whether you will be staying without any financial consequences.

By booking directly, you have the option of canceling or changing your booking even on the day of arrival. For guests who visit us regularly, we have low, unbeatable prices, which are set individually.

We pay special attention to the cleanliness and good condition of our apartments' equipment. In the event of a breakdown or other unexpected situations, we try to act immediately and always propose the most optimal solution for the guest.

On request, we offer transport from and to the airport as well as from other locations. We offer the possibility of daily cleaning of the apartment in case of longer stays, additional towels, linen change and more. If you require any additional service, please contact us in advance (before making a reservation) in order to obtain the best prices and discounts and, above all, to be sure that your request can be met.

We make every effort to ensure that our guests feel exceptionally well and we always try to provide the best possible comfort. Many apartments have a self-check-in system that requires a few steps to take the keys (we always send you detailed instructions). However, if you do not feel up to it and prefer someone to hand over the keys to you personally, please contact me in advance.

Certainly, one of the employees of WLR Apartments will make an appointment with you at the appropriate time in a specific place to hand over the keys. It is also possible to deliver the keys to the guest to the address provided. In each of these cases, it is necessary to contact us in advance.
